Dusty Kid

I never got around to posting this when it was new, most likely because I didn't have a blog then. But hey, here is the video for Dusty Kid's "America." I first heard this near the end of his epic Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1. I'm sensing some influence from fellow Italian Ennio Morricone in this one. Dusty Kid is a true talent; you don't just have to be into techno/house music to see that, although it helps.

Here is some more of that tribal/latin/african whateva you want to call it....hmm how about HOUSE music from D.A.M.B. It is stripped down, perhaps even minimal, and is reminiscent of artists like Solo and Renaissance Man, which means that it gets high ranks in my opinion. Look for it on a dancefloor near you.
